Take a look at the major points of my statement, not just the conclusion.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Viewing education through the eyes and preferences of a businessman is not a good idea, in any situation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I will agree with you that Dino is a businessman, and he will look at the state with a businessman&amp;#39;s eye; however considering we have $2 billion dollar deficit in this state, I don&amp;#39;t necessarily think this is a bad idea.&lt;/p&gt;
